Two directors of a health centre in Chow Kit were among five individuals hauled to the Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday for various offences, including allegedly allowing the premises to be used for immoral and deviant sexual activities.
The directors, Lee Leong Yaw, 59, and Pung Hiyun Hee, 70, along with their employee Ong Seng Teck, 64, and two other men, Mohd Fikri Mohd Razali, 44, and Muhammad Wafiy Dinie Azmi, 20, pleaded not guilty to their respective charges. The proceedings were held before Magistrates S. Arunjothy, Noorelynna Hanim Abd Halim, and Ili Marisqa Khalizan.
Leong Yaw and Hiyun Hee were jointly charged with permitting immoral activities at their Jalan Ipoh Kecil premises on 28 November 2025. The prosecution contended that these activities deviated from the businesses specified in their license, which included sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and café services. This charge falls under Section 20(1)(c) of the Licensing of Trades, Businesses and Industries (Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) By-Laws 2016.
In the same court, employee Ong Seng Teck was charged with possessing a mobile phone containing obscene videos at the Dang Wangi District Police Headquarters on 30 November 2025. Similarly, Mohd Fikri faced charges for possessing pornographic images and videos on his phone at the same location and time. Both were charged under Section 292(a) of the Penal Code.
In a separate courtroom, 20-year-old Muhammad Wafiy Dinie was charged with committing an act of gross indecency by fondling a 47-year-old man at the health centre on the night of 28 November. All five defendants were granted bail ranging from RM2,000 to RM4,000. The court has scheduled mention dates for the cases in April, May, and June this year.
