In conjunction with the release of the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) results on 31 March, popular dining chain Nando’s has announced an exclusive flash promotion for students. The brand is offering free meals to candidates who collected their results today, a move that has quickly trended across social media platforms as students head out to celebrate.

According to the official campaign mechanics, SPM candidates simply need to visit any Nando’s outlet nationwide on 31 March to claim a complimentary 1/4 PERi-PERi Chicken. To redeem the offer, students are required to present their original 2025 SPM result slip to the restaurant staff as proof of participation in the national examinations.
The restaurant chain clarified that the giveaway is inclusive and open to all candidates, regardless of their actual grades or academic performance. This gesture is intended to reward the hard work of students over the past academic year, providing a space for them to unwind with friends after the tension of receiving their final transcripts.
However, management has stressed that strict terms and conditions apply to the redemption process, specifically noting that only physical, hard-copy result slips will be accepted. Digital versions or screenshots displayed on mobile phones will not be honoured for this promotion. Furthermore, the offer is strictly valid for dine-in customers only and cannot be used for takeaway or delivery services.
Prospective diners are advised to act quickly, as the promotion is valid for one day only and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. As crowds are expected at major shopping malls and standalone outlets, successful candidates are encouraged to head to their nearest branch early to secure their celebratory meal before stocks run out.
