Kepong MP Offers RM5,000 Reward For Information On Woman Set Ablaze

Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng has offered a RM5,000 reward for credible information that could lead to the arrest of the person who allegedly doused a woman with fuel before setting her on fire in Taman Pusat Kepong.

Lim said the information provided must be reliable and directly assist police in identifying and arresting the suspect.

He described the attack as an act of shocking cruelty and stressed that those responsible must be brought to justice.

“Pouring fuel on a woman and setting her on fire is an act of shocking cruelty. The person responsible must be found, arrested and made to face the full force of the law,” he said in a social media post.

Members of the public with information have been urged to contact investigating officer Inspector Muhammad Amri Firdaus Jusoh at 010-9198209, the Sentul District Police Headquarters at 03-40482222, or the nearest police station.

The reward is being offered as police continue efforts to track down the suspect behind the attack.
