Employee Texted for Leave, Passed Away Just 10 Minutes Later

Date:

A local office was left in shock this morning following the sudden death of Shankar [last name withheld], a 40-year-old employee who had been part of his team for six years.

Shankar reportedly sent a routine leave request to his supervisor at 8:37 a.m., citing severe back pain. His supervisor granted the leave, assuming it was a standard request.

Tragically, just ten minutes later at 8:47 a.m., Shankar suffered a fatal cardiac arrest. The news of his death reached his workplace around 11 a.m., prompting colleagues to rush to his residence, where he was found deceased.

Shankar, a healthy and fit individual with no history of smoking or alcohol consumption, is survived by his spouse and child. His sudden passing has left colleagues and friends in deep grief.

“Life is so unpredictable. Be kind to people around you and live happily, for you never know what the next minute holds,” his supervisor said.

The incident serves as a stark reminder of life’s fragility and the importance of cherishing every moment.
