Passengers on a bus travelling through Gua Musang, Kelantan, were left alarmed after floodwaters entered the vehicle during heavy flooding early Sunday morning.

A Threads user, @mrdhh.azm, shared a video showing the bus travelling through a flooded stretch, with water appearing to rise around the vehicle and enter the bus.
“Gua Musang is flooded, the pipes are clogged. It was really scary when the bus went over and water got inside the bus,” he wrote.
He also warned those planning to travel between Kuala Lumpur and Kelantan to exercise caution, saying he was relieved his belongings had not been soaked.
The post prompted other social media users to ask about the latest conditions in the area and whether the floodwaters had started to recede.
One user, Fauzi, said he was due to return to Kuala Lumpur that afternoon and hoped the situation would improve, otherwise he might have to take emergency leave.
Another user, @mkzzmark, questioned the decision to drive the bus through the floodwaters, commenting: “How dare the bus driver wade through the floodwaters? They look so strong.”
