Budget 2026: Stamp Duty Exemption For First-Time Homebuyers Extended Until 2027!

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim announced that the government plans to extend the full stamp duty exemption on transfer and loan agreements for first-time homebuyers for an additional two years, until December 21, 2027.

The exemption applies to first homes priced up to RM500,000, benefiting those purchasing their very first property.
