MOE Demands Full Probe Into 10-Year-Old Student Found Dead In School Toilet

Date:

The Ministry of Education (MOE) has called for a thorough investigation into the incident involving a Year Four student from a school in Negeri Sembilan to ensure justice is served.

In a statement, the ministry said it is taking the family’s concerns seriously regarding the tragedy.

“The case is still under police investigation. Firm action must be taken against anyone found responsible — justice must be served for the family of the deceased,” the statement read.

Earlier, a 10-year-old student was found unconscious in the school’s toilet in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan, and was later pronounced dead on October 1. A post-mortem revealed the cause of death to be pressure on the neck, with no other injuries found on the victim’s body.
