Brooklyn Beckham Offered Seven-Figure Deal to Write A Tell-All On Family Secrets

Date:

Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz are reportedly being offered a massive seven-figure deal to write a book detailing their side of the highly publicized feud with his famous family.

The public has been eager for more insight ever since Brooklyn made a bombshell statement on Monday, saying he does not want to reconcile with his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, and accusing them of interfering in his relationship with Nicola, 31.

The 26-year-old eldest Beckham child claimed he has been “controlled by a family that values public promotion above all else” and revealed that being with Nicola has brought him “peace and relief” after years of struggling with anxiety.

According to reports, Penguin Random House—who previously published Prince Harry’s revealing autobiography Spare—are in talks with the couple and are prepared to offer a seven-figure sum for the tell-all book. An insider told The Sun: “Everyone is clamoring to get their hands on this. These companies have no loyalty to David and Victoria Beckham, and they’re happy to pay for Brooklyn to get everything off his chest.”

The source added that Brooklyn and Nicola have full creative control over the project and could easily fill a 300-page book with their perspective. Some reports also suggest they may follow in Prince Harry’s footsteps by participating in an Oprah Winfrey-style interview.

Brooklyn, who once called himself a “mama’s boy,” specifically criticized Victoria in his statement, accusing her of hijacking his first dance at his wedding and dancing “very inappropriately” in front of guests. He claimed the Beckham brand always takes precedence and that his family values public image above all else.

Sources say Victoria, 51, feels “betrayed” by Brooklyn’s comments, as she has long worked to protect him from negative media stories. While she typically avoids family conflicts, she reportedly believes Brooklyn and Nicola are being unreasonable.

The couple’s wedding DJ, Fat Tony, clarified the first dance situation in an appearance on This Morning, saying that the timing of the dance was awkward but disputing Brooklyn’s description of it as inappropriate. He explained that Marc Anthony had called Victoria onto the stage during his performance, and Brooklyn, standing there with his mother, looked “devastated,” while Nicola left the room in tears. Tony emphasized that the incident was a misunderstanding and that the dance was meant as a brief moment during the performance, not a replacement for the bride-and-groom first dance.

Despite the drama, discussions about a book deal continue, with publishers reportedly eager to hear Brooklyn and Nicola’s side of the story.
