BTS Returns: ‘The Comeback Live Arirang’ to Stream Exclusively on Netflix March 21

Date:

BTS is set to stream their highly anticipated comeback show, BTS The Comeback Live Arirang, exclusively on Netflix on March 21. The performance will be held at Seoul’s iconic Gwanghwamun, marking the group’s first global concert since completing their military service and celebrating their return. The event coincides with the release of their fifth studio album, Arirang, which drops a day earlier on March 20, and forms part of Netflix’s expanded collaboration with Hybe to deliver BTS content to fans worldwide.

Following the live concert, Netflix will premiere BTS: The Return on March 27, a behind-the-scenes documentary capturing the making of Arirang and offering fans an intimate look at the group’s creative journey and reunion.

The new era sees BTS releasing Arirang alongside a world tour supporting the album. The band hopes the album “transcends time and generations,” with each member sharing personal messages to their loyal ARMY fanbase on the official BTS website.

Jimin shared, “Hi! BTS will be back on 20 March with the fifth album Arirang.” Jungkook added, “We shared our feelings with each other as we completed the album, including how much we missed you, how much we value you, and how excited we are about the future.”

J-hope said, “While working on this album, we thought about what kind of music and stories would be the most BTS-like,” while RM stated, “We hope Arirang will be an album that transcends time and generations and sticks with you for a long, long time.” Suga described the project as a “14-track album that captures the stories of seven of us,” and Jin asked fans, “Thanks for always being by our side. What is your Arirang?” V added, “This is our full group album in three years and nine months; we spent a lot of time thinking about the group’s roots and identity.”

BTS will embark on a 2026–2027 world tour spanning 34 regions and 82 shows across Asia, North and Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, marking their first tour since the 2018-2019 Love Yourself World Tour. The group is scheduled to perform in Singapore for four nights in December.
