The 39-year-old businessman, whose full name is Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman, insisted that the figure is entirely accurate and reflects the massive scale of the project. He explained that his home is over a decade old and that the original exterior and interior paint had significantly faded over the years, necessitating a complete overhaul.
Addressing the scepticism from the public, Aliff stated that he was not attempting to show off but was simply sharing the reality of maintaining such a large property. He revealed that the walls had never been repainted since he first moved in, and the natural wear and tear over ten years had made the refresh essential.
