13-Year-Old Boy Kills Classmate Then Dismembers Body and Says Flesh Taste Like Fried Chicken

Date:

A shocking murder has rocked Ismailia Governorate in Egypt, where a 13-year-old boy, Youssef A, killed his classmate Mohamed A.M out of “curiosity,” dismembered the body, and even consumed parts of it. Youssef confessed to police that he was influenced by violent scenes he had seen in movies and online games and wanted to “try out” what he had witnessed online.

According to Daily Express, Youssef lured Mohamed to his home, then repeatedly struck him on the head with a wooden stick until he died. Police discovered body parts near a shopping center and launched an investigation that led to finding more dismembered remains under a bridge, in a pool, and in open areas around the city. Youssef admitted to killing Mohamed with the stick, dismembering the body with a chainsaw, and scattering the pieces across multiple locations.

Youssef also revealed that, out of “curiosity,” he ate some of Mohamed’s flesh, describing the taste as “like fried chicken.” After his arrest, police had him retrace his steps to show all the locations where he disposed of the remains, helping investigators collect further evidence.

Following four days in police custody, Youssef was transferred to a juvenile correction facility for one week while awaiting a court hearing. He underwent a full medical check, drug testing, and forensic analysis to compare DNA samples with Mohamed’s. Authorities are also investigating whether violent movies and online games truly influenced his actions.

The case has shocked Egyptian society, with thousands gathering at Al-Matafi Mosque to pray for Mohamed. His remains were later buried in the family cemetery. The incident has sparked widespread concern about youth exposure to violent and graphic content and highlighted the need for stronger parental supervision to prevent similar tragedies.
