A 32-year-old solicitor has accused a male stripper of sexually assaulting her during her hen party at Crieff Hydro, a four-star resort in Perthshire, Scotland. According to the woman, the show was secretly arranged by one of her sisters during a prosecco and pizza party. She said she repeatedly said “no thank you” but the performer, Stuart Kennedy, allegedly continued despite her discomfort.
She told Perth Sheriff Court that she was shocked and froze when Kennedy, dressed as a firefighter, burst into the room. “His crotch was within half a foot of my face. I was trying to communicate that I was not a willing participant,” she said. The solicitor claimed Kennedy forced his hands between her thighs, made her simulate sexual acts with a fake erection, handled and jiggled her breasts, and licked her nose while simulating a kiss. She described fleeing to the bathroom, vomiting, and crying hysterically.
The woman’s younger sister told police that Kennedy had “dry humped” the bride-to-be and caused visible distress, though she herself enjoyed the performance.
Kennedy, from Aberdeen, denies all allegations of sexual assault, including touching the woman’s private parts, forcing sexual acts, and restraining her. The trial before Sheriff Paul Reid is ongoing.
