Divorced Husband Shocked to Find Wife’s Nude Videos With Another Man On Her Phone

Date:

A man from Taichung recently discovered explicit videos of his wife, “A-Mei” (pseudonym), with another man on her phone after their divorce, realizing that he had been cheated on during the marriage. He has since filed a lawsuit against the lover.

According to China Times, the husband admitted that he and A-Mei had been married for four years and had one child together. Recently, A-Mei’s attitude had become distant and cold. She requested a temporary separation, taking their child to live with her family. Hoping that some personal space might improve their relationship, he agreed, but her behavior only worsened, ultimately leading to a divorce agreement on April 16, 2025. He retained visitation rights to their child.

During a visit to see his child in April, the man stumbled upon multiple videos on A-Mei’s phone showing her with another man, “Sheng-Sheng” (pseudonym). Some clips even showed them sharing a bed, while others contained nudity. In one video, A-Mei wore revealing clothing and added captions such as, “Husband, don’t peek!” Shocked to realize he had been cheated on while still married, he filed a lawsuit against Sheng-Sheng, demanding NTD 500,000 in compensation. Sheng-Sheng claimed that he did not dispute the facts but stated that the explicit content had been sent by A-Mei voluntarily.

The court ruled that Sheng-Sheng knew A-Mei was married and continued the relationship regardless. The intimate photos and videos were deemed a violation of the husband’s spousal rights. Considering the education, income, and lack of property of both parties, the court ordered Sheng-Sheng to pay NTD 60,000 in damages. The case is subject to appeal.
