Driver Caught Kicking SUV Side Mirror in Road Rage Incident in Kuala Lumpur

Date:

A driver was filmed deliberately kicking the side mirror of a Honda CR-V after allegedly being blocked from parking by another SUV double-parked in Kuala Lumpur’s Cheras district.

The incident reportedly occurred on the morning of March 6 at Jalan Manis 3.

According to footage circulating on social media, the CR-V driver became visibly frustrated after being unable to access a legal parking space. The video shows him exiting his vehicle, walking briskly to the SUV, attempting to grab the left side mirror, and then forcefully kicking it before quickly returning to his car and driving away.

The entire episode was captured on a dashcam and uploaded online, sparking criticism from netizens. Many condemned the driver’s actions, noting that while double parking is inconsiderate, intentionally damaging someone else’s property is illegal. Several commenters urged the victim to report the incident to authorities.

One user commented: “Getting angry is no excuse to smash a car. Side mirrors are expensive! Deliberately damaging property and fleeing the scene just makes you the one at fault.”
