A 39-year-old man in Taipei, identified as Ah Hu, has been arrested for sexual assault after forcibly taking a 26-year-old hostess to a hotel restroom and assaulting her.
According to ETtoday, Ah Hu had hired six hostesses for drinks at a hotel. After several rounds of alcohol, he reportedly demanded on-the-spot sexual favors, offering extra money. When refused, he became aggressive, shouting and smashing a glass, alarming the women present. He then dragged one hostess into the restroom and committed the assault.
The victim reported the incident to colleagues, who helped her file a police report nearby. Ah Hu claimed the 3,000 TWD paid constituted consensual sex, but authorities rejected his statement. He has been formally charged with violating sexual autonomy.
