A Myanmar national suspected of killing his compatriot in an incident in Bukit Pelandok here will be charged at the Port Dickson Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
Port Dickson district police chief Superintendent Maslan Udin said the investigation papers were referred to the Deputy Public Prosecutor on 21 February after police completed their probe under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
“The 21-year-old suspect will be charged tomorrow,” he told reporters here today.
On 11 February, Kosmo! reported that a pork roaster was found dead with 29 stab wounds to the neck inside a room at a shoplot near the main road in Bukit Pelandok.
