The High Court will determine on January 5 whether former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak will be allowed to serve the remainder of his prison sentence under home detention instead of at Kajang Prison.
High Court Judge Alice Loke Yee Ching fixed the decision date after hearing submissions today from Najib’s legal team and the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC).
