Police Investigate Armed Burglary at Residensi Prima, Kota Tinggi

Police have opened an investigation into a burglary that occurred at Jalan Persada 17, Residensi Prima, Kota Tinggi, the day before yesterday.

Kota Tinggi District Police Chief, Superintendent Yusof Othman, said the case was reported by a local man at 6:06 a.m., involving a loss of RM1,000.

“We have taken note and an investigation paper has been opened under Section 457 of the Penal Code,” he said, adding that efforts to track down the suspect are ongoing.

Earlier, Yusof said police had spotted a video circulating on social media at 8 p.m. yesterday. The clip reportedly shows CCTV footage of the armed robbery in the Prima residential area along Jalan Kulai-Kota Tinggi.
