Sarawak civil servants will receive Special Financial Assistance (BKK) amounting to two months’ salary, calculated based on their November 2025 basic pay, Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg announced today.
He said the incentive reflects the state government’s appreciation for the dedication and service of public officers who continue to drive government policies and development efforts across urban and rural areas.
“The GPS Government expresses its utmost gratitude to all members of the Sarawak Civil Service who remain committed to carrying out government initiatives, whether in the cities or the interior.
“Their dedication and sincerity are the backbone of our inclusive and sustainable development agenda,” he said during his ministerial winding-up speech at the Sarawak Legislative Assembly.
Abang Johari added that the BKK payout, scheduled for disbursement this month, is expected to involve RM131 million.
