A teenage boy has died after being stabbed behind a school in north-west Sydney.
Emergency services, including a CareFlight helicopter, rushed to a grassy area behind Ironbark Public School in Rouse Hill on Monday afternoon. Paramedics attempted CPR, but the boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is understood he suffered a stab wound to the leg. His age has not yet been released.
NSW Police said two individuals, believed to be teenagers, were seen fleeing the area, with one reportedly wearing a school uniform.
