A shocking double homicide occurred in Taman Mutiara, Simanggang, claiming the lives of a primary school principal and his wife, who worked as a nurse.
The male victim was the principal of SK Sbangki, Lubok Antu.
According to reports, the couple’s son discovered the bodies in their bedroom early in the morning and alerted authorities.
Simanggang police’s major crime unit responded immediately and launched an investigation at the scene.
The victims’ home is located near Simanggang Prison. Officers from Simanggang Hospital also arrived to provide assistance, confirming that both had died at the scene.
Attempts to contact Simanggang Police District Chief Supt Dennis were made, and he stated that an official statement would be released later.
