A violent confrontation between two men, believed to have occurred at a petrol station in Kajang, has surfaced on social media.
The video, uploaded by Facebook user Makcik Gambir, shows a heated argument that escalates into a physical fight, prompting concern among viewers over the level of violence involved.
In the footage, a shirtless man is first seen speaking to an individual seated inside a car with the door open. Shortly after, a man wearing a brown shirt steps out of the vehicle and continues the verbal exchange with the shirtless individual.
Although the situation appears tense, it remains verbal initially. The shirtless man is later seen putting on a red shirt as the confrontation continues.
The altercation escalates when the man in the brown shirt suddenly slaps the other man, who immediately retaliates by punching him in the face. A struggle follows, with the man in the brown shirt attempting to push his opponent away.
The man in the red shirt then pulls the other man’s leg, causing him to lose balance and fall to the ground. The situation turns more serious when the man in red is seen kicking the fallen individual at the back of the head. The victim appears motionless, raising concerns that he may have lost consciousness, yet the assault continues.
A woman is later seen exiting the vehicle and rushing towards the two men, seemingly attempting to intervene and stop the attack.
The cause of the confrontation and the exact date of the incident remain unclear.
The New Straits Times has contacted the Kajang district police for confirmation and further details and is awaiting a response.
