A 21-year-old woman, identified only as Marina, was rushed to a hospital in Ufa, western Russia, after a “king-sized” cucumber became lodged in her rectum during an intimate encounter. She arrived experiencing severe pain and spasms, and her companion admitted attempts to remove the vegetable had failed.
Doctors quickly removed the cucumber and performed a rectoscopy to ensure there was no internal damage and no remaining foreign objects. The couple declined to explain why the cucumber had bite marks, leaving medical staff puzzled.
This is not the first bizarre cucumber-related hospital case. In Baranoa, Colombia, a 40-year-old man sought treatment for severe pain and difficulty walking, only for doctors to discover a cucumber lodged inside him. He claimed it might have “grown inside him” from eating many cucumbers, though physicians dismissed the idea.
Both cases highlight unusual medical emergencies linked to foreign objects, sparking curiosity and disbelief online.
