MRC Stampin to Host Free Cancer Screening at Tropics City, Kuching

Date:

Members of the public are invited to attend the ‘Jejak Kanser’ health screening programme this Saturday at Tropics City, Jalan Tabuan Dayak (in front of Doremart), from 9am to 1pm.

The event, organised by the Malaysian Red Crescent (MRC) Stampin branch and Deemcee Saradise Kuching, in collaboration with the National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM), aims to increase awareness of cancer and provide community members with opportunities for early detection.

Available screenings include: Lung and liver cancer risk assessment, breast cancer screening, and basic health checks.

MRC Stampin chairman Chew Kim Soon emphasised the importance of early intervention.

“Early treatment saves lives. Through ‘Jejak Kanser’, we hope to reach more members of the community and provide accessible screening opportunities that could make a difference in their health journey,” he said.

For further information, the public may contact:
Imelda Kumang – 019-847 6542
Wendy – 019-818 2244

The organisers encourage all individuals—especially those with potential risk factors—to participate and take proactive steps toward better health.
