The tragic incident where a 16-year-old female student was fatally stabbed by a 14-year-old junior in a horrifying attack shook the world yesterday. The mother of the victim revealed that the girl suffered over 200 stab wounds, primarily concentrated from the upper right side of her body down to her thighs instead of the inital report of 50 stab wounds.
The attack occurred after the student had locked herself inside a bathroom stall. Shockingly, the assailant reportedly climbed over the top of the stall door and jumped inside to carry out the assault. After the attack, he escaped in the same manner, never opening the door. During the rescue attempt, the door had to be kicked down which might have delayed the rescue process.
The nature of the attack has left the school community and local residents in shock, with authorities continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the tragic event. The incident has also raised urgent concerns over student safety within school premises.
