A 37-year-old woman was killed in a house fire that broke out at Kampung Tubih Batu Raung, Serian, shortly after midnight on Saturday.

The Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) confirmed in a statement that the victim, identified as Nurul Farhana Amerudin, was found burned to death inside the bathroom of the destroyed home.
