The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning of thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds affecting several areas in Sarawak until noon today.
In a statement on Facebook, MetMalaysia said the warning covers parts of Serian, Mukah and Sarikei.
In Serian, the affected areas are Serian and Tebedu, while in Mukah, the warning covers Mukah, Dalat and Matu.
In Sarikei, the affected areas are Julau and Pakan.
The warning is expected to remain in effect until noon today, MetMalaysia said.
