Two 16-Year-Old Students Face Murder Charges Over Kuala Pilah School Death

Two 16-year-old male students suspected of being involved in the death of a Form Two student at a secondary school in Kuala Pilah arrived at the Kuala Pilah Court at about 8.45am on Thursday.

The two teenagers are expected to be charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code, read together with Section 34 of the same law.

The case concerns the death of a Form Two student who was found unconscious at the school hostel at about 8pm on Sept 25.

The student was later pronounced dead at Hospital Tuanku Ampuan Najihah in Kuala Pilah.

The two suspects are expected to be brought before the court for further proceedings.
