Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has called on the public to maintain decorum following the High Court’s ruling on former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s royal addendum.
Speaking in a statement, Anwar stressed that while some may not sympathize with Najib and his family, it is inappropriate to escalate tensions during this sensitive period. He urged all parties to respect the court’s decision and reminded that legal avenues for appeal remain available.
The Prime Minister reaffirmed the Madani government’s commitment to upholding the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary, emphasizing that all actions must align with existing legal provisions.
