Today marks the last day for Dr Muhamad Akmal Saleh at the Melaka State Government Executive Councillor office. In a post on his Facebook page at around 10 a.m., he shared a photo of himself holding his official nameplate, noting that it was his final day in the office.
Although Melaka Chief Minister Datuk Seri Abdu Rahman stated that he had not yet received Akmal’s resignation letter, Akmal used the post to reflect on his tenure.
He wrote that while positions and titles are temporary, dignity and principles are everlasting.
