Sultan Ibrahim Urges Ministers: Put People First, Lead With Integrity!

His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, has urged Cabinet members to perform their duties with utmost integrity, placing the interests of the people first. He stressed that the government must prioritise citizens’ well-being, national stability, and economic prosperity, guided by the principles of good governance.

Sultan Ibrahim highlighted the importance of teamwork among ministers to ensure the administration runs efficiently and effectively. “Ministers and Deputy Ministers must be on the ground, listening to the people, and carry out their responsibilities with full dedication and commitment,” he said during a statement to the Royal Press Office (RPO) today.

The King also attended the presentation of appointment letters and the taking of oaths of office, allegiance, and secrecy by Federal ministers and deputy ministers at Istana Negara, in the presence of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof.
