Police secretary Deputy Commissioner Abdul Rahman Kassim said Datuk Seri Muhammed Hasbullah Ali, who previously headed the Anti-Money Laundering Crime Investigation Team at the Inspector-General of Police Secretariat, Bukit Aman, has been appointed director of the Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department.
He added that Datuk Seri Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri has been transferred from his role as director of the Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department to take over as director of the Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department.
Meanwhile, Datuk Wan Hassan Wan Ahmad, formerly director of the Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department, has been appointed commissioner at the Inspector-General of Police Secretariat (Research and Development), Bukit Aman.
Abdul Rahman said further details on the reshuffle will be announced in due course.
