“This Is Not Skincare!” Social Media Reacts to Woman Using Husband’s Semen on Face

Date:

A woman has sparked shock and online discussion after revealing a highly unconventional ingredient in her skincare routine on TLC’s recently rebooted reality show, Stranger Addiction.

The series, which originally aired its last season in 2016, returned on January 7 with a brand-new season. In a preview for an upcoming episode, the star of the episode, Brandy, disclosed that she incorporates her husband’s semen into her daily facial care routine.

According to the preview posted on Instagram, Brandy explained to her friends that she freezes the semen in ice cubes before applying it to her face — a method that left her friends visibly stunned.

In a confessional interview for the episode, Brandy added that she applies the substance twice daily using a syringe, rubbing it directly into her skin. She described her routine, saying, “In the mornings, I’ll get a fresh batch, which usually means it came directly from my husband. And then later in the night, I really love the way it feels, especially when it’s fresh and warm.”

Brandy also referred to her husband’s semen as “the product” and confirmed she uses it twice a day.

Social media users were quick to react, with many expressing disbelief. One commented, “This is definitely not about skincare — it’s about her being obsessed and trying to please her husband.” Another added, “Sometimes there are things you should just keep to yourself… #justsaying.” Others joked about the bizarre revelation, with one remarking, “This is why you don’t eat at everyone’s homes.”

The show, known for highlighting unusual personal habits, has long captivated audiences. Alon Orstein, TLC’s Senior Vice President of Production and Development, spoke last December about the excitement surrounding the series’ return, saying, “Over the years, My Strange Addiction has built a passionate fan base that never stopped talking about it, sharing the most viral moments, and asking when we’d bring it back.”

With only the second episode airing, it’s clear that the rebooted series is already generating viral attention and conversation online.
