A single mother and popular influencer known as Sister Wang passed away after experiencing sudden illness while streaming live, authorities reported.
The 32-year-old reportedly suffered a severe headache and died approximately 10 minutes later. Sources indicate she may have been overworking to support her livelihood.
During the live session, Wang was promoting cosmetic products and had a dedicated fan following. A clip circulating on social media shows her pausing the broadcast as she winced in pain, visibly struggling with discomfort.
She was heard asking her staff to call an ambulance after feeling chest pain and stiffness in her neck and back, fearing she might faint.
Following her sudden passing, fans and social media users expressed condolences, particularly for her five-year-old daughter. The official cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
