The footage depicts a cyclist abruptly performing a dangerous right turn to cross a busy intersection, placing himself directly in the path of an oncoming lorry that was proceeding through a green light. Only the swift reflexes of the lorry driver, who managed to slam on the brakes in time, prevented what could have been a catastrophic and potentially fatal accident.
