Mark Zuckerberg Reportedly Developing AI Clone To Attend Meetings

Date:

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is reportedly working on an AI “clone” of himself that could eventually attend meetings and interact with employees on his behalf, according to a report.

The artificial intelligence version of Zuckerberg is said to be trained on his voice, tone, mannerisms, and public statements. The aim is to create an AI avatar that can replicate how he communicates, potentially making internal interactions feel more connected to the company founder.

According to the report, Meta may also expand the experiment if it proves successful, allowing creators to develop their own AI-generated avatars for use on the platform. The company has previously demonstrated similar technology, including AI personas designed to interact with users and respond to comments on social media.

Meta has already introduced tools that allow users to build custom AI chatbots, although certain restrictions were recently implemented, including limitations on teenage users accessing such features.

The report also notes that Zuckerberg has been personally involved in ongoing AI development work at Meta, spending several hours each week participating in technical reviews and coding related projects. This follows earlier reports suggesting he is also developing separate AI tools designed to assist with personal task management.

While Meta has not publicly confirmed the details of the AI clone project, the development highlights the company’s growing push into artificial intelligence and digital avatar technology.
