A motorcyclist was violently thrown into the air and his bike erupted in flames following a high-speed collision with a car at a road intersection in Araraquara, Brazil, in a shocking incident captured on CCTV.
The crash occurred in the Brazilian state of São Paulo when a white car began crossing an intersection after waiting for traffic to clear. At the same time, a motorcycle travelling at speed entered the junction from another direction, leading to an immediate and devastating collision.
Footage shows the moment the motorcyclist slammed into the side of the car in a T-bone impact, sending him airborne. He was seen flipping multiple times through the air before landing on the opposite side of the intersection.

In the aftermath of the crash, the motorcycle rebounded off the vehicle and suddenly burst into flames, creating a dramatic fireball at the scene. The shocking sequence unfolded within seconds, leaving no time for either driver to react.
Generally, road safety experts warn that intersection collisions remain one of the most dangerous types of traffic accidents due to limited visibility and split-second timing, especially when vehicles are travelling at high speeds.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene shortly after the incident and transported the rider to hospital. He was reported to be in a confused but stable condition, with medical checks indicating no serious fractures, though he remained under observation.
The driver of the car escaped without injuries. Authorities have not confirmed whether an investigation has been launched into the crash, which has since drawn attention after the footage circulated widely online.
