An elderly driver lost control of his sedan and rammed into a coffee shop near the Jalan Rock traffic light junction earlier today.
The incident, which occurred at about 11am, was reported by See Hua Daily News. The senior driver escaped unhurt despite the crash.
Personnel from the Civil Defence Force were deployed to the scene shortly after the incident to provide assistance and manage the situation.
Two individuals from the coffee shop were later transported to hospital by ambulance, believed to have suffered shock following the sudden impact.
No additional injuries or fatalities were reported in the incident.
