Four people were injured after a car they were travelling in lost control and skidded off the road in an early-morning accident.
The incident involved a Proton Saga which reportedly veered onto the roadside shoulder before coming to a stop.
Fire and rescue officials said they received an emergency call shortly before 2am and a team was immediately deployed to the scene, located about three kilometres from the nearest fire station.
Upon arrival, firefighters found that all four victims—three men and a woman believed to be in their 20s—had already been transported to hospital by members of the public prior to their arrival.
Authorities confirmed that the team conducted a safety inspection at the scene to ensure no further hazards were present before concluding operations shortly after.
The case has been classified as a single-vehicle accident, with further details to be determined.
