Civil Defense Team Saves Two ‘Lost’ Goats from Rooftop Adventure!

Date:

Two goats got “lost” on the roof of a bungalow and had to be rescued by civil defense officers, who spent an hour bringing them down safely.

The incident occurred yesterday morning in Kampung Kubang Kachang. Kota Baru Civil Defence officer Mohd Saiful Azam Ismail said the department received a call at 9:56 a.m. and arrived at the scene by 10:17 a.m.

Using ladders and ropes, the team carefully climbed the six-meter-high roof and spent an hour rescuing the stranded goats. The 54-year-old owner only realized the goats were on the roof after a neighbor informed him.

According to Saiful, the goats had wandered onto the bungalow roof and became stuck. This marked the first time the civil defense team had carried out an animal rescue from a rooftop. After the successful operation, the goats were returned safely to their owner.
