A runaway horse caused a stir on social media after it was caught on a dashboard camera galloping against traffic on a busy road, leaving motorists stunned.
The video, shared on Threads by user @4ddl33, showed a brown horse sprinting at high speed in the opposite direction of traffic. Drivers travelling along the road appeared shocked as the animal suddenly emerged in their path.
“Kuda terlepas keluar, yang dalam kereta ni dah berderau darah,” the user wrote, describing the frightening moment.
The horse was still wearing its riding gear, leading many to believe it had escaped from its owner or a nearby stable before wandering onto the road.
The unusual incident quickly attracted attention online, with many social media users joking that it was far from an everyday sight.
“We usually see cows wandering onto the road. Now it’s a horse?” one user commented, while another said they were relieved the animal was not hit, noting that a car ahead had quickly moved aside to avoid a collision.
Others expressed concern for the horse’s safety, saying it was likely frightened and confused while running through traffic. Many hoped the animal was safely reunited with its owner before anyone was injured.
