A lorry driver has shared a frightening account of allegedly encountering a mysterious white figure while leaving a factory around midnight.
The incident was shared through a video posted on Threads by @Naem fm, which appeared to show the alleged figure standing motionless by the roadside.
According to the driver, he had just finished loading his goods before leaving the factory at around midnight. As he was the last lorry to leave, he had to travel along a road surrounded by a wooded area.
“I had just finished loading the goods. I left at midnight and was the last lorry out.
“The road passes through a bit of a forest. My journey came to a stop for a while because I was wondering whether I should cross. I don’t mind if it appears by the roadside or in the middle of the road, but please don’t let it appear inside the lorry,” he said.
Responding to other Threads users, @Naem fm said he waited for around 10 to 15 minutes, but the alleged figure remained at the same spot.
“In the end, I just drove on. I pressed the accelerator and stayed close because I was afraid it might hitch a ride on the lorry. I had goosebumps all over,” he said.
He added that he had experienced several frightening incidents while driving a lorry, but claimed this was the most striking encounter he had experienced and one of the few that he managed to record.
The video has since attracted numerous reactions online, with several users sharing their own alleged encounters with mysterious figures they believed were supernatural.
One user claimed to have seen four figures repeatedly appearing and disappearing behind a lorry carrying a tent, while another said the figure in the video appeared unusually clear compared with the shadowy shapes they had encountered.
Another user claimed to have experienced a similar incident along the Pedas-Linggi Expressway towards Melaka, saying he saw a figure emerge from an oil palm area and later learnt that other people had allegedly encountered something similar at the same location.
