We’re taught that a high salary or “prestigious” job equals success. But real success might be working somewhere that respects your time, health, and happiness. If your current job pays well but costs you peace, is it really worth it?

Don’t isolate yourself. Talk to friends who’ve switched careers or quit toxic jobs. Ask for advice, learn from their stories, and gather practical tips. You might discover that you’re more ready (and supported) than you think.
