Celeb Chaos: Zhang Linghe Mobbed At Railway Station, Dylan Wang Slaps Away Stalkers’ Phones

Date:

Chinese actors Zhang Linghe and Dylan Wang have recently been involved in separate disturbing encounters with obsessive fans, prompting strong public statements from their management teams and fan clubs calling for stricter respect of personal boundaries.

Zhang Linghe, who has seen a renewed rise in popularity following the broadcast of his costume drama Pursuit of Jade, was travelling to Changsha on April 5 for the filming of the RPG variety show The Truth Season 4 when he was surrounded by a large group of fans at Jinhua railway station in Zhejiang. The 28-year-old actor, who is also currently filming the historical romance series The Road to Glory at Hengdian World Studios, was reportedly mobbed while staff and security personnel attempted to manage the crowd.

The incident, which circulated widely on social media through multiple video clips, showed fans recording him closely on mobile phones, creating a chaotic scene in a public space. His management team later issued a strongly worded statement condemning the behaviour, stressing that such actions pose serious risks to public safety and infringe on the rights of others.

They also highlighted that such incidents do not only affect the artiste but also disrupt public order, while urging fans to show support in a responsible and respectful manner. Legal action, they added, may be considered against those involved. Linghe himself reposted the statement on his social media account, appealing for orderly behaviour and expressing discomfort at being approached in non-official settings.

Meanwhile, fellow actor Dylan Wang has also faced repeated harassment incidents while continuing filming for the costume drama Jiang Men Du Hou at Hengdian World Studio. In videos shared online on April 6, he was seen leaving a basketball court when he was suddenly surrounded by individuals attempting to film him at close range.

Visibly frustrated, the 27-year-old actor-singer was seen pushing away several mobile phones as they were held directly in his face, while his staff tried to guide him through the crowd. Reports also suggest that similar incidents have occurred multiple times within a short period, raising further concerns over his safety.

His official global fan club issued a firm statement condemning the behaviour, describing it as intrusive and dangerous, and warning that actions such as stalking, trespassing, and illegally obtaining private information would not be tolerated and could lead to legal consequences.

This is not the first time Dylan Wang has been subjected to such situations since rising to fame through the hit fantasy drama Love Between Fairy and Devil in 2022. Over the years, he has reportedly faced multiple incidents of harassment in public and on set, including past encounters involving aggressive fan behaviour during filming and public appearances.

The repeated incidents involving both actors have reignited discussions about celebrity privacy and safety in public spaces, with agencies and fan communities calling for greater awareness and responsibility to prevent similar situations in the future.
