A water filter and air conditioner company agent visiting a residence to check if anyone was home through a window was horrified to discover a badly decomposed female corpse inside, prompting an urgent police report.
The incident was uncovered yesterday at 4:25 pm at a house in Ipoh’s Kepong Jaya Garden.
News of the decomposed body sent shockwaves through the local community, sparking widespread discussion.
Police responded quickly, cordoning off the scene, while forensic teams were called in to collect evidence and handle the body.
Ipoh police district chief Assistant Commissioner Abang Zanardin Abidin confirmed the case, stating that the victim’s identity and cause of death are pending investigation, and authorities will conduct a thorough probe.
