A group of courier workers in Indonesia has come under public scrutiny after a video surfaced showing parcels being carelessly thrown into a truck during handling operations.
The footage, uploaded on Instagram by the account @folkshiff, shows numerous packages scattered on the ground while several male workers are seen picking them up and hurling them into a waiting lorry.
Rather than being handled with care, the parcels appeared to be tossed in a rough manner, sparking concerns that customers’ items were being treated irresponsibly.
The video has since gained more than 78,000 views online and triggered widespread criticism from social media users.
Many netizens questioned the handling of fragile items, with one user asking, “What is the point of putting ‘fragile’ stickers?”
Another commenter criticised the workers’ behaviour, saying that employment should be appreciated and not treated with anger or neglect, especially when dealing with customers’ goods.
