Former senior private secretary to a former minister, Mohd Saifullah Mohd Minggu @ Mohd Hisham, was sentenced today to six years’ imprisonment and fined RM8.8 million, with a default sentence of seven years, for accepting bribes seven years ago.
The 34-year-old was found guilty of receiving RM1.77 million from businessman Ronald Seto Kong Seng through intermediary Roslan Lahada between December 2018 and March 2019.
