In a shocking relationship drama from Kaifeng, Henan, a man surnamed Zhang discovered that his wife had eight secret flirtations and even checked into a hotel with one of her lovers. Despite the betrayal, Zhang has expressed willingness to forgive his wife if she returns home, admitting that he was wrong to look at her phone.
According to Chinese media reports, Zhang, who works long hours, first learned about his wife’s infidelity from his father. Confronting her at home, he reportedly became violent when she refused to show him her phone. Upon forcibly checking it, he found explicit conversations and proof of her affair with a man referred to as “Xiao Wang.” Zhang admitted he was stunned by the revelations, particularly because there were eight other secret relationships.
Zhang noted that the wife’s actions were especially outrageous given that the couple has three grown daughters, and he felt disrespected by her behavior while he was away working.
The wife has admitted to the affairs, suggesting that divorce might be the solution if they cannot reconcile. After the confrontation, she returned to her parental home and has not come back. Her mother reportedly refused to allow her to return to Zhang due to his violent behavior during the argument.
