Mother Finds Son Dead Inside Car in Setapak

A woman in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, was shocked to discover her son lying motionless inside his car on Saturday (Dec 6). The incident occurred near a house in Danau Kota as she was on her way to work.

Wangsa Maju police chief Lazim Ismail said the woman immediately lodged a police report at 7.52am. Authorities inspected the scene and found no injuries on the victim and no signs of foul play. The case has been classified as a sudden death report (SDR).

Police are awaiting post-mortem results to determine the cause of death. A video showing officers removing the body and checking personal belongings has been widely circulated on social media.
