Police are currently tracking down a man suspected of committing an indecent act by exposing himself to a woman outside the main entrance of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Dungun yesterday.
Acting Dungun police chief DSP Jumaidy Bah Chong Weh said authorities received a report from a UiTM student at around 12.30pm.
He said the suspect was believed to have arrived on a motorcycle before committing the act and fleeing the scene.
Police also confirmed they are investigating a 12-second viral video believed to be linked to the incident.
According to him, efforts are underway to locate and arrest the suspect, with public assistance being sought to aid the investigation.
Since yesterday, a video has been circulating showing a man in an overall riding a motorcycle, stopping by the roadside and allegedly exposing himself to a woman across the road.
Following the viral clip, several individuals have also come forward claiming they had been similarly targeted by the same man at different locations in the district.
